Disse hormoner virker ved at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forebygge \u00e6gl\u00f8sning (frigivelsen af et \u00e6g).<\/li>\n<li>Tykkere livmoderhalsslim for at blokere sperm fra at n\u00e5 et \u00e6g.<\/li>\n<li>Tykkere livmoderslimhinde for at g\u00f8re implantation mindre sandsynlig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Patchen b\u00e6res p\u00e5 huden og skiftes en gang om ugen. Den giver kontinuerlig pr\u00e6vention uden behov for at huske en daglig pille.<\/p>\n<h3>Hvem er p-patchen egnet til?<\/h3>\n<p>P-patchen kan v\u00e6re en god mulighed, hvis du:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foretr\u00e6kker en metode, der kun kr\u00e6ver skift en gang om ugen i stedet for at tage en daglig pille.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d8nsker en meget effektiv pr\u00e6vention uden at skulle gennemg\u00e5 en procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Har kraftige eller smertefulde menstruationer og \u00f8nsker en metode, der kan hj\u00e6lpe med at regulere din cyklus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Men den er m\u00e5ske ikke egnet, hvis du:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er over 35 \u00e5r og ryger, da dette \u00f8ger risikoen for blodpropper.<\/li>\n<li>Har en historie med blodpropper, forh\u00f8jet blodtryk eller migr\u00e6ne med aura.<\/li>\n<li>Patchen kan v\u00e6re mindre effektiv, hvis du vejer over 90 kg (14 stone) (men ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis, hvis dit BMI er over 25).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hvordan fungerer det, og hvad er mulighederne?<\/h3>\n<p>Patchen b\u00e6res kontinuerligt i en uge, hvorefter den skiftes til en ny.
