What should I do if I entered incorrect information during the medical questionnaire?

If you made a mistake in your medical questionnaire, cancel your order in your account immediately. If your order has not yet been reviewed, you are able to cancel it by yourself. You will receive a full refund and you can place a new order with the right information. We cannot change your information that you entered in the medical questionnaire because we have no access to this as customer support agents.
