Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by the doctor if a prescription is required. For non-prescription medications, cancellations are only possible before the pharmacy begins processing the order. Once a prescription has been issued or the order has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be made.

For non-prescription medications and products, a right of withdrawal applies. If all conditions are met, you may be eligible for a refund. However, please note that this does not apply to prescription (RX) medications under any circumstances due to legal and safety regulations.
