What is Transtoyou’s refund policy?

Refunds are only available in the following cases:
• A payment was processed incorrectly.
• The doctor rejects a prescription order on medical grounds (full refund for the medication cost).
• Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or regulatory reasons.
• Non-prescription products may be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal policy if unopened and returned within 14 days.

No refund will be issued if a customer misuses the platform, including:
• Submitting false or misleading information in the medical questionnaire or ID check.
• Uploading invalid or irrelevant photos for ID verification.
• Attempting to order for someone else or an animal (strictly prohibited).
• If you have opted for a video consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

Refunds for eligible cases are processed within 5-10 business days.
