Seda kasutatakse peamiselt IBS-iga seotud krampide korral. See l\u00f5dvestab soolte lihaseid, leevendades valu, puhitust ja ebamugavust.&nbsp;  <\/p>\n<h4>Valuvaigistid, mida v\u00e4ltida<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ibuprofeen &amp; Diklofenak: Need on MSPVA-d (mittesteroidsed p\u00f5letikuvastased ravimid). Need v\u00f5ivad \u00e4rritada mao limaskesta ja s\u00fcvendada krampe, eriti kui sul on haavand v\u00f5i happerefluks.<\/li>\n<li>Aspiriin: Nagu ibuprofeen, \u00e4rritab aspiriin samuti magu. Seega on parem seda v\u00e4ltida seedimisvalu korral.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Parim ravim kuuajaliste kramppide jaoks<\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"always-open-new-tab\"   href=\"\/et\/treatment\/menstrual-discomfort\/\"   rel=\"nofollow\">Menstruatsioonivalud (d\u00fcsmenorr\u00f6a)<\/a> on p\u00f5hjustatud emaka lihaste kokkut\u00f5mbumisest. J\u00e4rgnevalt on k\u00f5ige t\u00f5husamad ravimid, mida kasutatakse valu leevendamiseks:&nbsp;  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"desktop-open-new-tab always-open-new-tab\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.transtoyou.com\/product\/advil\/\"   rel=\"nofollow\">Ibuprofeen (Advil)<\/a>: \u00dcks parimaid valikuid menstruatsioonikramppide leevendamiseks. Samuti v\u00f5id proovida soojust rakendada, et krampe leevendada. H\u00fcdreeritud p\u00fcsimine aitab samuti krampe leevendada. Kui krambid on v\u00e4ga valulikud, r\u00e4\u00e4gi arstiga teistest raviv\u00f5imalustest.  <\/p>\n<h2>Nipid k\u00f5hu ebamugavuse leevendamiseks kodus<\/h2>\n<p>Kui valu ei ole tugev, ei pruugi sul olla vaja ravimeid v\u00f5tta.
