Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, customers can cancel their order themselves in their account before the doctor (for prescription medications) or pharmacy (for non-prescription products) starts processing it.
• Once a prescription has been issued or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
• For non-prescription products, customers may still return unopened items under the 14-day withdrawal policy.

To cancel your order, log in to your account > Order History > Cancel Order.
