If a doctor determines that the requested medication is not suitable for you on medical grounds, you will receive a full refund for the medication cost.

However, if you provided false or misleading information in your medical questionnaire or ID verification, no refund will be issued.

If you opted for a video consultation, the consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
