How do I make a GDPR data request?

Under the GDPR you have clear rights over your data, and Transtoyou makes them easy to use. You can download a copy of your data yourself, and request access, correction or deletion through a simple form.

The quickest options

• Download your data under Settings, then Privacy & Data.
• Delete your account under Settings, then Account.
• Make a formal request on our GDPR requests page.

Your rights

These include access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We respond within the period set by law, normally one month.

Common questions

Will deletion remove everything?
