Transtoyou is a digital healthcare platform based in Estonia, designed to make access to primary healthcare simple, safe, and always within reach. Our platform connects patients with independent, licensed physicians, prescription treatments, and a range of digital eHealth tools. Patients complete a secure medical questionnaire or video consultation, after which each case is individually reviewed by a licensed doctor. When treatment is medically appropriate, a prescription is issued and securely transferred to a partner pharmacy for dispensing and delivery.

Licensed Doctors
Every patient on our platform is reviewed by a fully licensed physician before any prescription is issued. We work with registered doctors across Europe, each licensed in their own country. We offer both digital questionnaire-based consultations and live video consultations, depending on the treatment and the requirements agreed with the relevant pharmacy.

No prescription is ever approved automatically. The physician must enter their password to confirm each approval, and any flagged responses require explicit manual review before the case can move forward.
Patient Verification & Safety Checks
Which verification steps apply depends on the treatment, the country, and what has been agreed with the relevant pharmacy and physician. Things like an identity check, BSN validation, or a mandatory video consultation are set per treatment in consultation with our partners. Not every patient needs every check, but where it matters, it is in place.

Medical Questionnaire
The patient completes a comprehensive digital anamnesis. Certain answers are automatically flagged and cannot be passed without explicit manual review by a physician.
Doctor Review
A fully licensed physician reviews the case and must actively confirm approval by entering their password. A video consultation is required where agreed for the treatment or country.
Digital Prescription
If approved, a digitally signed prescription is issued and made verifiable via QR code.
Your Pharmacy
The prescription is routed to your pharmacy. You verify it, dispense the medication, and confirm delivery.
Only after steps 1 through 4 are fully completed does a prescription reach your pharmacy. Every patient has been identity-verified and every prescription has been approved by a physician.

How It Works for Your Pharmacy
Once you join our partner network, the process is simple and structured. Your pharmacy receives verified prescription requests, prepares the medication, and confirms dispatch through the Transtoyou partner portal. Below is an overview of the process.
Receive the Order
Transtoyou securely routes an approved prescription request to your pharmacy. You receive the information required to prepare the order.

Verify the Prescription
Before dispensing, you can verify the prescription through our platform. The verification process confirms the prescription status and details.

Compliance & Regulatory Standards

GDPR / AVG
Patient data is stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is only used for the provision of healthcare services within the care chain.
Physician Licensing per Country
All physicians working through our platform are licensed and registered according to the applicable regulations in their country. Licences are verified before onboarding.
Medicines Regulation
Prescription-only medicines are dispensed by the pharmacy in accordance with applicable national and European medicines legislation, based on a valid prescription issued by a licensed physician.
Identity Verification
Patients must verify their identity with a government-issued document before accessing certain prescription treatments on the platform.
BSN Verification
Where required for treatments involving Dutch patients, the BSN (Burger Service Nummer) may be verified in accordance with applicable regulations. This applies per treatment and jurisdiction.
No Automatic Approvals
Prescriptions are never issued automatically. Each case is individually reviewed and approved by a licensed physician before a prescription can be generated.
No Third-Party Data Sharing
Patient data is not shared with advertisers, insurers, or other external parties outside the healthcare process.
Digital Verification & Audit Trail
Prescriptions generated through the platform include verification mechanisms and a documented audit trail covering the consultation, approval, and dispensing process.
