Xylometazoline is a nasal spray used to relieve a blocked or stuffy nose. 

It’s used for temporary relief of nasal congestion caused by colds, allergies, or sinus infections. 

It narrows the blood vessels in your nasal passages (vasoconstriction), reducing swelling and allowing you to breathe more easily. 

One spray per nostril, up to three times a day, for a maximum of three days.
